Job summary

IntellaTriage is seeking a compassionate registered nurse (RN) to join our growing team as a remote after-hours hospice triage RN. This role provides telephonic triage, coordinates care, and documents interactions with empathy and professionalism.

Base pay starts at $25 per hour with opportunities to earn up to $28 per hour within six months. We offer 3 weeks of remote training, a supportive clinical team, shifts designed for work-life balance, and remote work flexibility.

Qualifications

• Active multistate RN license required.
• Hospice, palliative, or end-of-life care experience preferred.
• Comfortable using electronic medical records (EMR).
• Able to type notes accurately in fast-paced calls.

Responsibilities

• Provide telephone triage for hospice patients and families.
• Assess patient conditions and determine next steps.
• Collaborate with on-call teams to coordinate care and resources.
• Document all communications and interventions accurately.
• Maintain calm, professional demeanor during urgent calls.
