Job summary

IntellaTriage is seeking a compassionate registered nurse (RN) to join our remote hospice triage team. You will provide after-hours telephone triage for hospice patients and families, coordinating timely interventions and care with empathy.

Base pay starts at $25 per hour with opportunities to reach up to $28 per hour in the first six months, plus remote training and flexible shifts. Ideal candidates are experienced in EMR usage and multitasking in a fast-paced, home-based setting.

Qualifications

• Active multistate RN license required.
• Hospice, palliative, or end-of-life care experience preferred.
• Comfortable with technology and EMR for documentation.
• Able to type notes quickly in a fast-paced environment.
• Must maintain consistent attendance and reliable internet for remote shifts.
• Strong communication and critical thinking skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting.

Responsibilities

• Provide telephone triage for hospice patients and families.
