Job summary

IntellaTriage is seeking a compassionate registered nurse (RN) to join our growing team as a remote after-hours hospice triage nurse. You will triage hospice patients and family needs over the phone, providing timely interventions and coordination of care with empathy.

We offer base pay at $27 per hour with potential to earn up to $30 per hour within six months, plus 3 weeks of paid remote training, a supportive clinical team, and a flexible work-from-home setup that promotes work-life balance.

Qualifications

• Active multistate RN license.
• Hospice, palliative, or end-of-life care experience preferred.
• Comfortable with technology and EMR documentation.
• Ability to multitask and remain calm on calls.

Responsibilities

• Provide telephone triage for hospice patients and families.
• Assess patient conditions and determine next steps.
• Coordinate with on-call teams to arrange care and resources.
• Accurately document communications and interventions.
• Maintain professional demeanor during urgent calls.
