Qualifications

• Active multistate RN license.
• Hospice, palliative, or end-of-life care preferred.
• Comfort with EMR documentation during calls.
• Ability to type notes quickly in a fast-paced setting.
• Proven ability to work independently in a remote role.

Responsibilities

• Provide telephone triage for hospice patients and families.
