Job summary

IntellaTriage is seeking a compassionate registered nurse (RN) to join our remote after-hours hospice triage team. You will triage patients and families by phone, assess conditions, and coordinate timely interventions with on-call teams, all from a home office.

We value empathy, reliability, and strong documentation. Base pay is $25/hour with opportunities to increase to $28/hour within six months, plus shift differentials and benefits for eligible staff.

Qualifications

• Active multistate RN license required.
• Hospice, palliative, or end-of-life care experience preferred.
• Comfort with technology and EMR for call documentation.
• Ability to type and document notes quickly in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and critical thinking skills; able to work independently from home.

Responsibilities

• Provide telephone triage for hospice patients and families.
• Assess patient conditions and determine appropriate next steps.
• Collaborate with on‑call teams to coordinate care and resources.
• Accurately document all communications and interventions.
• Maintain a calm and professional demeanor during urgent calls.
