IntellaTriage is seeking a compassionate registered nurse to provide after-hours hospice triage over the phone, triaging patients and family needs with professionalism and empathy.

This remote role offers $25 per hour with potential to reach $28 within six months, three weeks of paid remote training, shift differentials for overnights and weekends, and benefits including PTO and 401(k).

Formación

• Active multistate RN license.
• Hospice, palliative, or end-of-life care experience preferred.
• Comfortable with technology and EMR documentation.
• Ability to type notes quickly in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to handle stress and multitask during calls (min 5 calls/hour weekdays, up to 8/hour weekends).
• Strong communication and critical thinking skills.
• Able to work independently in a remote environment.

Responsabilidades

• Provide telephone triage for hospice patients and families.
• Assess patient conditions and determine next steps.
• Coordinate care with on-call teams.
• Document all communications and interventions.
• Maintain a calm, professional demeanor during urgent calls.
