IntellaTriage seeks an experienced registered nurse to provide after-hours hospice triage by phone, ensuring timely interventions and coordinated care. This remote role supports hospice and home health clients with compassionate, patient-centered calls.

The position offers a base of $25/hour with potential to reach $28/hour within six months, remote training, PTO, and benefits. A multistate RN license and EMR familiarity are required.

Qualifications

• Active multistate RN license required.
• Hospice/palliative or end-of-life care experience preferred.
• Comfortable with technology and EMR for call documentation.
• Able to type notes quickly in a fast-paced environment.
• Must maintain calm, professional demeanor on urgent calls.

Responsibilities

• Provide telephone triage for hospice patients and families.
• Assess patient conditions and determine next steps.
• Collaborate with on-call teams to coordinate care.
• Accurately document all communications and interventions.
• Maintain professionalism during urgent calls.
