IntellaTriage is seeking a compassionate registered nurse to join our remote after‑hours hospice triage team. You will triage patients and families by phone, coordinate care, and document interactions with empathy and accuracy.

We offer remote work from home, base pay of $27/hr with potential to reach $30/hr within 6 months, plus a 3‑week remote training program and additional shift differentials for overnights and weekends.

Qualifications

• Active multistate RN license is required.
• Hospice, palliative, or end-of-life care experience preferred.
• Comfortable with technology and EMR for documentation.

Responsibilities

• Provide telephone triage for hospice patients and families.
• Assess patient conditions and determine next steps.
• Document all communications and interventions.
• Coordinate care with on-call teams.
• Maintain calm, professional demeanor during urgent calls.
