Job summary

IntellaTriage is seeking a compassionate registered nurse (RN) to join our growing team in a remote after-hours triage role for hospice patients and families. You will provide critical triage calls, assess needs, and coordinate with on-call teams to ensure timely care.

We offer base pay of $25/hour with potential to reach $28/hour within six months, plus three weeks of paid remote training, and a supportive remote work environment designed for flexibility and work-life balance.

Qualifications

• Active multistate RN license.
• Hospice, palliative, or end-of-life care experience preferred.
• Comfort with electronic medical records (EMR).
• Ability to document calls quickly and accurately in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and critical-thinking skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide telephone triage for hospice patients and families.
• Assess patient conditions and determine the next steps.
• Collaborate with on-call teams to coordinate care and resources.
• Accurately document all communications and interventions.
• Maintain a calm and professional demeanor during urgent calls.
