IntellaTriage is seeking a compassionate registered nurse (RN) to join our growing team in a remote after-hours hospice triage role. You will provide telephone triage for patients and families, assess conditions, and help coordinate timely care with on-call teams.

Remote nurses enjoy flexible scheduling, paid remote training, and the chance to earn a base rate of $25 per hour with potential increases to $28 per hour within six months, plus shift differentials for overnights and weekends.

Qualificações

• Active multistate RN license
• Hospice/palliative or end-of-life care experience preferred
• Comfortable with EMR documentation
• Ability to handle high call volumes and maintain accuracy

Responsabilidades

• Provide telephone triage for hospice patients and families
• Assess patient conditions and determine next steps
• Coordinate care with on-call teams and resources
• Accurately document all communications and interventions
• Maintain calm, professional demeanor during urgent calls
