Now offering up to $97,000 Annually - Offer based on years of experience. Location: Illinois, hybrid schedule with remote after training and in-office 3 days/week; serves Barrington, Deerfield, Crystal Lake, and Palos Heights areas.

Qualifications

• Possession of a current license to practice as a registered professional nurse or equivalent license.
• Minimum five years’ healthcare experience with two years in supervisory roles.
• Demonstrated administrative ability and knowledge of healthcare policies.
• Valid driver's license and proof of insurance required.
• Current CPR certification required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee delivery of after-hours patient services and ensure policy compliance.
• Develop policies and guidelines to meet program objectives.
• Coordinate scheduling, supervision, and ongoing staff education.
• Implement and monitor quality assurance activities and QA staff.
• Maintain complete, accurate medical records compliant with regulations.
• Plan and implement staff education programs for the team.
