T. L. Johnson Agency LLC seeks a Hospice After Hours RN to join our care team in Mount Carmel, IL. This full-time role offers competitive compensation and a supportive work environment, including benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or higher (Nursing).
• Minimum 2+ years of experience in Hospice care.
• 1+ years of experience with EMR systems or TruChart EHR.

Join our client's extraordinary care team as a Hospice After Hours RN and make a difference in patients' lives. This full-time position offers competitive compensation and a supportive work environment.

What to Expect

• Provide management and delivery of patient care plans
  
• Support patients in Mount Carmel and surrounding areas
  
• Rewards for the accomplishment of key achievements during the first year
  

Schedule

• 7 days on, followed by 7 days off
  
• Monday–Thursday: 5:00 PM–8:00 AM
  
• 2 holidays per year (1 summer, 1 winter)
  
• 3 floating holidays
  

Requirements

• Associate degree or higher (Nursing)
  
• Minimum 2+ years of experience in Hospice care
  
• 1+ years of experience with any of the following:
  • Electronic Medical Record (EMR)
    
  • Other EMR systems
    
  • TruChart EHR
• Active, valid RN license in the State of Illinois
  
• Valid Driver's License, reliable mode of transportation, and current auto insurance
  
• Willingness and ability to travel as required for this position
