Century Complete in Michigan is seeking a driven Sales Consultant to guide buyers through the home-purchase journey and convert leads into closings. The role emphasizes network-building, Open House leverage, and strong CRM use to drive sales in a remote office setting.

You will engage buyers, work with Realtors and lenders, and help families achieve homeownership while earning through competitive bonuses and base compensation. Remote office with occasional travel across the state.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year of experience in both inside and outside sales.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• A valid real estate license is required in the state of Kentucky.

Responsabilités

• Generate new buyer traffic through networking, realtor engagement, referrals, community outreach, and local marketing efforts.
• Manage, qualify, and convert inbound leads while proactively identifying new sales opportunities.
• Maintain consistent and accurate use of Salesforce to manage leads and the sales pipeline.
• Own the customer journey from initial inquiry through contract, construction updates, and closing.
• Assist prospective buyers throughout the home purchasing process, from prospect to contract and closing.
• Leverage open house events to build pipelines, referrals, and sales conversions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with local real estate professionals, lenders, and community stakeholders.
• Coordinate with buyers, Century Complete teams, and financing partners to keep transactions progressing toward closing.
• Communicate internally and externally regarding buyer contracts, closing documentation, and mortgage processing.
• Take ownership of the sales studio experience, leveraging marketing assets and operations to maximize engagement.
• Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales and closing goals.
• Participate in regular studio, sales, and company meetings.
• Foster lasting homeowner relationships that generate promoters and referrals.
