Job summary

Century Complete is seeking a results-driven Sales Consultant in Florida to guide homebuyers through the journey from inquiry to closing. You’ll operate in a high-volume, conversion-focused environment with a base salary and lucrative bonus structure, capped only by performance.

No Florida real estate license is required to start. Leverage Buy Online features and in-person interactions at a model home or Studio Office to generate leads, qualify opportunities, and close deals.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year of experience in both inside and outside sales.
• Real estate license in FL or AL is not required for this role but preferred.
• Residential homebuilding experience is preferred.
• High school diploma or GED is required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategies to generate new buyer traffic through networking, realtor engagement, referrals, community outreach, and local marketing efforts.
• Manage, qualify, and convert inbound leads while proactively identifying new sales opportunities.
• Maintain consistent and accurate use of Salesforce to manage leads, track the sales pipeline, and document customer interactions.
• Own the customer journey from initial inquiry through contract, construction updates, and closing.
• Assist prospective buyers throughout the home purchasing process, from prospect to contract and closing.
• Leverage open house events to build pipelines, referrals, and sales conversions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with local real estate professionals, lenders, and community stakeholders.
• Coordinate with buyers, real estate professionals, Century Complete teams, and financing partners to keep transactions progressing toward closing.
• Communicate internally and externally regarding contracts, closing documents, and mortgage processing to ensure information is received and on track.
