Wonderly is seeking an in-home closer to run appointments and sign contracts with homeowners. You’ll be based in one of our contractor cities and visit homes daily to close opportunities, build quotes, and hand off work to crews. Expect long hours and strict performance tracking.

Base salary plus OTE plus equity, with compensation ranging from $100,000 to $350,000 annually in the US or Canada. You’ll operate in a fast-growing, outcome-driven environment focused on revenue for home service

Formación

• Experience closing homeowners in person.
• Proven ability to close deals in-home.
• Track record of meeting or exceeding close-rate targets.

Responsabilidades

• Show up to homeowner appointments and present the contract.
• Walk the job, build the quote, and close in the home.
• Follow up on all opportunities that do not sign initially.
• Hand off to contractor crew ensuring completed work as sold.
• Log every appointment: outcome, tickets, objections, wins/losses.
