Job summary

RealManage, LLC is seeking a virtual Licensed CAM to manage a portfolio of HOAs statewide, with emphasis on Florida licensing requirements. You will work remotely, coordinating with boards, developers, and vendors to deliver professional services and maintain high client satisfaction.

The role requires at least one year of HOA management experience, CAI preferred, and excellent communication. You will oversee budgets, reporting, and governance while ensuring timely responses and strong community

Qualifications

• Must hold a Florida CAM license.
• Minimum of 1 year managing HOAs.
• CAI designation(s) strongly preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Serve the Board as a consultant professionally.
• Work virtually to cover CAM positions when needed.
• Provide weekly updates on collections, ACC requests, compliance, and work orders.
• Develop and submit annual budgets, and manage vendor contracts.
• Build relationships with residents to ensure service quality and timely resolutions.
• Attend monthly Manager’s meetings and training sessions.
• Uphold high standards of personal, professional, and ethical conduct.
• Respond to calls and emails within 24 hours of receipt.
