• Provide Tier 2 support for healthcare integrations and live data feeds.
• Troubleshoot interfaces using HL7 messaging and ensure reliable data exchange.
• Gather requirements and help build, test, deploy, and monitor integrations.
• Collaborate with engineers, customers, PMs, and implementation teams to coordinate testing.
• Monitor production integrations, diagnose failures, and improve processes.
