Responsibilities

• Provide Tier 2 support for healthcare integrations and troubleshoot live data feeds.
• Troubleshoot HL7 interfaces and ensure reliable data exchange between systems.
• Gather requirements and assist with building, configuring, testing and deploying integrations.
• Coordinate testing with engineering, customers and project teams and report updates clearly.
• Monitor production integrations and perform root-cause analysis to improve reliability.
