Job summary

Intermountain Health is seeking an HIM Systems Analyst to provide operational guidance and system support for the assigned region. The role involves designing, implementing, and maintaining HIM applications, workflows, and standards to meet business needs.

You will partner with clinical, nonclinical, and technical teams to drive improvements and ensure compliance with HIM standards. The position emphasizes analyzing user requirements, conducting performance reviews, and handling ServiceNow

Qualifications

Experience with technical HIM or HIM Information Management.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, internet and email.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Willingness to travel.

Responsibilities

Analyze and document user requirements to automate or improve workflows.
Perform regular reviews using operational metrics and reports.
Troubleshoot ServiceNow tickets, chats, emails, and phone calls per SLA.
Document workflows, configure activities, and manage change with end user notifications.
Design, implement and maintain HIM workflows and processes.
Collaborate with clinical, nonclinical, and technical teams to identify system needs.
Ensure compliance with Health Information Management standards.
