Formación

• Must have 2+ years of experience in health information management or medical records.
• Proficient with basic computer applications and data entry.
• Knowledge of HIPAA privacy and security regulations.
• Strong organization, communication, and customer service skills.
• Ability to prioritize work and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare, scan, and index patient records into the EHR.
• Reconcile patient records and supporting documentation; follow up on missing records.
• Process ROI requests in compliance with HIPAA and regulatory requirements.
• Provide exceptional customer service to patients, providers, and internal stakeholders.
