Guidehouse in Ventura, CA is seeking an ROI Coordinator to support the HIM Release of Information operations. This full-time, on-site role runs 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM PT and focuses on timely ROI processing, accurate record handling, and compliance with privacy regulations.

You will answer inquiries, process requests, review subpoenas for validity, and assist with miscellaneous HIM tasks to ensure patient records are complete and accessible while maintaining strict security protocols.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 0-2+ years in office, healthcare, or customer service.
• HIPAA regulations knowledge is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Answer department phone and route calls.
• Process ROI requests accurately and timely.
• Review subpoenas and validate information.
• Assist with certifications and release of information duties.
• Maintain secure handling of PHI per policies.
