American Avenue Property Management (AAPM) is seeking an experienced Recruiter for skilled trades and maintenance roles. This remote, full-time position involves owning the full hiring cycle for property engineers and related roles, building pipelines, screening, interviewing, and closing candidates across the United States.

You’ll source talent via job boards, referrals, trade networks, social media, and direct outreach, while collaborating with HR and operations on prioritization and market

Qualifikationen

• 3+ years of full-lifecycle recruiting in high-volume environments.
• Experience recruiting maintenance technicians or construction roles at scale.
• Single-family rental or residential services experience preferred.
• Senior leadership recruiting experience in construction or real estate is a plus.
• Proven record meeting hiring-volume targets and high-quality hires.
• Comfort with cold outreach, fast-paced screening, and closing candidates.
• Experience with ATS and Indeed; Rippling familiarity is a plus.
• Strong communication and data-driven funnel analysis skills.

Aufgaben

• Own full-lifecycle recruiting for maintenance and trades roles.
• Build pipelines via job boards, referrals, trade networks, social media, and direct outreach.
• Screen candidates against role requirements: trade skills, own tools, and valid license.
• Schedule interviews, coordinate with hiring managers, and close offers quickly.
• Keep ATS and reporting accurate and current.
• Partner with HR on req prioritization and market-by-market hiring plans.
• Spot funnel patterns and propose sourcing/screening improvements.
• Follow hiring, background check, and equal-opportunity standards.
