Job summary

American Avenue Property Management is seeking a high-volume recruiter to own the full hiring cycle for skilled-trades and maintenance roles. You will source, screen, and close candidates, coordinating interviews with hiring managers and getting offers accepted.

This remote, W2 position offers base salary ranges of $60,000–$75,000 per year, plus monthly performance bonuses and on-target earnings up to $100,000 for top performers as the company scales its homes portfolio.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of full-lifecycle recruiting experience with a track record of high-volume hiring.
• Experience recruiting maintenance technicians, skilled trades, or construction roles at scale.
• Single-family rental, property management, or residential services experience preferred.
• Experience recruiting senior leadership roles in construction or real estate is a plus.
• Proven ability to hit hiring-volume and quality-of-hire targets.

Responsibilities

• Own full-lifecycle recruiting for maintenance and trades roles from intake to start date.
• Build pipelines via job boards, referrals, trade networks, social media, and direct outreach.
• Screen candidates against role requirements and coordinate interviews.
• Manage ATS data, reporting, and close offers with candidates started.
• Collaborate with HR and operations on prioritization and market hiring plans.
• Analyze funnel data and recommend sourcing/process improvements.
• Adhere to hiring, background check, and equal-opportunity standards.
