Job summary

CareHarmony is seeking an Associate Recruiter to assist with sourcing and onboarding efforts for roles that support patients and clients in Chronic Care Management (CCM). This fully remote position emphasizes high-volume recruiting and strong candidate assessment skills.

Ideal candidates will have agency experience, be proactive, and manage time effectively to meet deadlines while delivering high-quality hires across multiple roles in a remote CST-friendly environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1–2 years of recruiting experience.
• Healthcare recruiting experience is a plus.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with good negotiation tactics.
• Knowledge of sourcing effectiveness, screening, interviewing, selection, and candidate assessment techniques.

Responsibilities

• Assist with sourcing and onboarding for a variety of roles.
• Interface with the business and candidates to ensure successful hires.
• Create and implement sourcing strategies for recruitment.
• Be proactive, independent, and meet deadlines with KPI focus.
