Qualifications

• Proven track record in high-ticket sales and meeting/exceeding targets.
• Experience managing a multi-step sales pipeline in a CRM.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and negotiation skills.
• Self-motivated, disciplined, and able to work a remote schedule.

Responsibilities

• Conduct scheduled 45-minute Zoom enrollment calls with prospects.
• Lead consultations to understand goals, challenges, and desired outcomes.
• Navigate objections and guide prospects through enrollment decisions.
• Maintain energy, professionalism, and KPI-focused performance daily.
• Manage a high-volume pipeline in HubSpot with accuracy.
