Job summary

WarriorBabe is seeking an Enrollment Advisor to drive our VIP program through scheduled Zoom enrollment calls, understanding each prospect’s goals, and guiding them through enrollment and payment options.

You will own a pipeline in HubSpot, follow up diligently, and coordinate with Customer Success to ensure an excellent post-enrollment experience in a fully remote, high-performance environment.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in high-ticket sales (offers $9,000+).
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage a high-volume pipeline independently.
• Experience working in a remote sales environment with CRM tools.

Responsibilities

• Conduct scheduled 45-minute Zoom enrollment calls and lead consultations.
• Guide prospects through enrollment, payment options, and program fit.
• Own and manage a pipeline of prospective clients in HubSpot.
• Complete end-of-day/week reporting and maintain CRM data.
• Collaborate with Sales Leadership and Customer Success for a smooth post-enrollment experience.
