Clients Blackbox, Inc. is seeking a Senior Paid Media Strategist to own client performance across Meta campaigns, strategy, and creative testing.

You will lead client conversations, manage a portfolio of accounts, and drive qualified appointments with high-net-worth prospects. You will write direct-response copy and VSL scripts, develop testing strategies, and optimize funnels from lead gen to booking appointments.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on paid media experience with substantial Meta advertising responsibility.
• Experience with financial services marketing and high-ticket funnels is a plus.
• Lead-generation and appointment-setting campaigns are preferred.

Responsabilités

• Own a portfolio of client accounts and serve as the primary strategic point of contact.
• Lead bi-weekly client calls covering performance, strategy, testing priorities, and next steps.
• Prepare and send bi-weekly performance reports at least 24 hours before scheduled calls.
• Translate performance data into clear recommendations and strategic decisions.
• Build strong client relationships that support retention, renewals, and referrals.
• Proactively identify and address account risks and opportunities.
• Build, launch, and optimize Meta campaigns focused on lead generation and appointment booking.
• Manage budgets, audiences, bid strategies, account structure, and creative testing.
• Monitor daily performance against cost-per-appointment and other key acquisition metrics.
• Diagnose underperforming campaigns and determine where changes are most likely to improve results.
• Develop structured testing strategies across audiences, offers, messaging, creative, and campaign variables.
• Set up and troubleshoot tracking, Meta pixels, and conversion events.
• Configure Calendly integrations, Zapier automations, and lead-routing workflows.
• Identify and resolve technical issues between advertising platforms and client systems.
• Evaluate performance across media, messaging, tracking, and lead flow to identify the source of funnel problems.
