You will recruit families, guide them through applications, and provide ongoing support to ensure successful exchanges. Ideal candidates have strong communication, interpersonal skills, and comfort with in-home visits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to build trust with families, schools, and students.
• Comfortable conducting in-home visits and interviews.
• Self-motivated with time management and independence.
• Reliable transportation for local travel.
• Basic computer literacy for online documentation.

Responsibilities

• Identify and recruit prospective host families in the assigned area.
• Build and maintain relationships with local schools for outreach.
• Promote exchange programs through community activities.
• Guide host families through online application processes.
• Conduct in-home interviews and verify references.
• Facilitate host family orientations and provide program guidance.
• Perform monthly check-ins with host families and students.
• Document interactions and progress in the online system.
