Qualifications

• Prior school leadership/administrative and K–12 teaching experience required.
• Arkansas Administrator License/Certificate required.
• Master’s degree in education or related field.
• Must obtain Science of Reading credentials within established timelines.
• Strong knowledge of instruction, student achievement, data analysis, and school improvement.
• Excellent communication, leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to coach, supervise, and support staff in a virtual setting.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced virtual environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide instructional leadership and supervise assigned staff.
• Monitor student achievement and support at-risk learners.
• Implement literacy practices and science of reading strategies.
• Communicate with students, families, and staff to address concerns.
