Texas Connections Academy is seeking an Assistant Principal from a home-based Texas location to support the Principal and Executive Director in the overall school operation. This role collaborates with Enrollment, Technical Support, Materials Management, and Fulfillment to ensure a high-quality virtual instruction program.

The ideal candidate holds a Master's in Education and a Principal Certification, with at least three years of teaching experience, including virtual school leadership.

Qualifications

• Master's in Education and Principal Certification required.
• 3+ years teaching experience; virtual school admin preferred.
• TxVSN online facilitator course or commitment to complete.
• Operational/administrative/management experience.
• Strong communication, customer-focused approach, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Support the Principal and Executive Director in overall school operations.
• Oversee attendance and reporting in dual reporting systems.
• Provide data management for school improvement.
• Collaborate with Enrollment, Technical Support, and Fulfillment teams.
• Lead professional development and supervise staff performance.
