Qualifications

• Must reside within the state of Arkansas or live 300 miles from Bentonville, AR
• Highly qualified and certified to teach Secondary Math in Arkansas
• Strong technology skills with Microsoft OS, MS Office programs, and Google Suite
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Willingness to travel for marketing and state testing events (occasional)
• Ability to work remotely
• Ability to work some occasional evening hours
• Must use a personal electronic device and email for two-step authentication

Responsibilities

• Grade assignments, create progress reports, and conduct parent conferences
• Support instructional program with asynchronous web conferencing and synchronous instruction
• Review curriculum and adapt lessons to improve student understanding
• Communicate with parents, students, and teachers to develop learning plans and schedules
• Collaborate with teachers to ensure student progress and parent contact
• Develop knowledge of the full K-12 curriculum and detailed courses
• Provide enrichment activities and modifications to student programs
• Coordinate field trips and school community activities
• Participate in state testing and recruit students for programs
• Maintain student records and communications with families
