Qualifications

Active Property & Casualty license required (must hold current license).
Experience with premier carriers (Chubb, Zurich, Cincinnati, etc.).
Knowledge of homeowners, auto, umbrella, and specialty coverages.
Strong communication and relationship management skills.
Proficiency with agency management systems and MS Office.

Responsibilities

Serve as the primary relationship manager for a portfolio of high-net-worth clients.
Develop and maintain client relationships through proactive communication and reviews.
Analyze client exposures and recommend comprehensive insurance solutions.
Prepare coverage comparisons, policy reviews, and renewal presentations.
Coordinate new business, renewals, endorsements, and remarketing efforts.
Market accounts to premier personal lines carriers and negotiate favorable terms.
