Qualifications

• 5+ years of personal lines production or risk advisory experience.
• Proven ability to close complex personal lines for High-Net-Worth households.
• Advanced knowledge of excess and umbrella liability, multi-carrier structuring.

Responsibilities

• Prospect, develop, and close Personal Lines and HNW business opportunities.
• Conduct in-depth discovery to assess exposures and opportunities for comprehensive solutions.
• Evaluate risks and identify coverage gaps, recommending appropriate strategies.
• Design and present customized personal insurance programs including excess liability and multi-carrier solutions.
• Coordinate with carriers, underwriting, and internal partners to align solutions with client needs.
• Maintain documentation and CRM activity (HubSpot) for opportunities and pipeline.
