Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years with a MSP and 5+ years on an IT helpdesk.
• Experience with Microsoft Windows, Office 365, Azure, Active Directory and networking.
• Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• This role is remote.
• Shift is Monday - Friday 3:30 pm - 12:30 am HST (9:30 pm EST - 6:30 am EST).
• Must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day support for client IT systems, managing infrastructure and related processes.
• Escalate support as necessary for Level I Helpdesk staff and assist with onboarding and offboarding.
• Deploy and maintain security tools and management agents.
