Job summary

Capitol Bridge, Inc. seeks a remote Customer Service Representative in El Paso, TX to support a government project. You will handle calls and emails, assist DEA registrants and clients, and document interactions with accuracy.

Training is onsite in El Paso for 2 weeks; travel to a designated site may be required. A 8 am–8 pm EST shift and U.S. citizenship are required. Benefits include health/dental/vision, life insurance, 401K, PTO, paid holidays and training.

Qualifications

• Proven customer service experience and strong communication skills.
• Ability to multitask while maintaining accuracy and quality.
• Comfort with documenting interactions and following procedures.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls and emails to assist clients.
• Provide timely, world-class customer service and resolve issues.
• Support DEA registrants and contractors with accurate documentation.
• Escalate complex problems to senior operators as needed.
• Meet performance metrics such as QA, AHT, adherence and attendance.
