Capitol Bridge is seeking an experienced Intermediate Help Desk Operator for a remote role based near Weston, FL. You will handle calls, emails, and inquiries from DEA registrants, resolving routine issues quickly and escalating complex matters to senior operators as needed.

The position requires flexible availability between 8 am and 8 pm EST, with 2 weeks of onsite training in Weston, FL. You’ll support clients and contractors while maintaining precise documentation and service performance

• Ability to handle inbound/outbound calls and emails with accuracy.
• Strong multitasking and attention to detail to meet service metrics.
