Deephaven Mortgage LLC is seeking an HELOC Account Manager to oversee the pipeline from submission to funding across Wholesale and Correspondent channels. You will coordinate with Underwriting, title, and closing teams to ensure timely, accurate closings and clear conditions for partners.

The role requires a 3+ year mortgage operations background, HELOC knowledge, and strong communication and relationship skills to manage a high-volume process with precision.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or related field preferred.
• 3+ years mortgage operations in account management or similar roles.
• Hands-on HELOC/home equity knowledge and underwriting/closing familiarity.

Responsibilities

• Own an assigned HELOC pipeline from submission through funding, driving files to closing dates.
• Coordinate with Underwriting, title, and closing to clear conditions efficiently.
• Maintain audit-ready loan data in the LO, including milestones and disclosures.
