Job summary

Sentara Healthcare Inc. is seeking an IT HEDIS Manager to lead technology, data integration, platform operations, and validation efforts supporting the HEDIS program. This role manages ETL developers and operations staff and partners with IT, Quality, and vendor stakeholders.

The role will guide data feeds, production support, and audits, and drive a major HEDIS engine replacement, migrating from Inovalon/Cotiviti to a future Arcadia-enabled platform.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, CS, data management, healthcare administration, or related field (Preferred).
• 7+ years relevant healthcare data/IT experience may be accepted in lieu of degree.
• Leadership experience managing ETL, data engineering, or production/support teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead technology, data integration, platform operations, and validation functions for the HEDIS program.
• Manage ETL developers and operations staff; work with stakeholders across IT, business, and vendors.
• Oversee HEDIS data feeds, production operations, data-quality controls, and reporting deliverables.
• Support HEDIS engine replacement initiatives, migration to Arcadia-enabled platform.
• Communicate technical issues clearly to business, vendor, audit, project, and executive stakeholders.
