Job summary

McCoy Construction & Forestry, a John Deere dealership group with 25 locations, seeks a Product Support Sales Representative for the Chattanooga, TN area. This proactive field role focuses on promoting parts, technical solutions, and add-on parts to maximize machine performance and customer growth.

Responsibilities include leveraging John Deere data and CRM to identify opportunities, developing strong customer relationships, and promoting PMs/TMRs.

Qualifications

• Heavy Equipment experience is required.
• Minimum of 5 years related Equipment experience and/or training.
• Ability to travel up to 90% within your AOR.
• Demonstrated sales and marketing skills with a customer focus.
• Degree preferred in Engineering/Technology/Marketing or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• External (Customer Focused) sales/support position.
• Identify incremental revenue opportunities that support parts and service objectives.
• Make field calls to follow up on Product Support opportunities and provide leads for Parts and Service.
• Fully utilize CRM to manage customer relationships.
• Promote Preventative Maintenance Contracts or Total Maintenance and Repair Contracts.
• Provide customer training and follow-up calls; create digital partnerships.
• Monitor JDLINK data; promote machine connectivity and telematics devices.
• Perform other duties as assigned; maintain regular onsite attendance.
