Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Investigates and evaluates moderately complex heavy equipment damage claims.
• Reviews loss notices and policy to verify coverage and deductibles.
• Evaluates estimates from shops and appraisers for accuracy.
• Performs field inspections and prepares damage estimates.
• Resolves questions of coverage, liability and claim value.
• Negotiates settlements and negotiates repair prices with facilities.
• Issues payments within check authority and coordinates with insureds.
