Job summary

Abode Energy Management is seeking a Technical Review Specialist to support heat pump inspections and Mass Save processes. This remote role combines technical review with contractor coordination and customer support, helping ensure high-quality installations across New England.

The position emphasizes reporting accuracy, cross-team collaboration, and proactive problem solving, with travel to Concord as needed for meetings and events.

Qualifications

• Previous experience with heat pump technology and residential heating systems.
• Desirable experience with the Mass Save program.
• Knowledge of residential construction or building science is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Review heat pump inspection reports for Turnkey and HPLN Heat Pump inspections.
• Manage callbacks and ensure contractors address issues promptly.
• Review project proposals and ensure Mass Save documentation is complete.
• Identify trends to improve program processes and support internal teams.
• Provide customer and contractor support via email and phone.
