Job summary

Luma Health, Inc. is seeking a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to drive growth by engaging clinics and health systems, booking qualified meetings, and building a robust pipeline. This fully remote US role offers high performance expectations and clear impact.

You will collaborate with AEs, keep Salesforce accurate, and continuously improve your pitch through coaching.

Base pay range is $55,000–$60,000 USD per year, with commissions and benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience.
• 1+ year in sales/BDR or proven quota achievement.
• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• Remote-first, self-directed work style.

Responsibilities

• Prospect & build pipeline with multi-channel outreach.
• Qualify & consult to map pains to Luma value.
• Hit the number with meetings and pipeline velocity.
• Collaborate with AEs and Marketing on campaigns.
• Maintain accurate Salesforce activity and notes.
• Iterate and improve your pitch weekly.
