Job summary

Luma Health is seeking a Sales Manager to lead a team of Account Executives, coach them to achieve revenue targets, and scale how we support our AEs and grow revenue.

You’ll initially manage ~4-5 AEs, focusing on pipeline development, deal strategy, discovery, executive communication, and closing without an individual quota, while actively supporting the team in advancing opportunities.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of sales management experience, ideally leading B2B SaaS Account Executives.
• Healthcare or healthcare technology sales experience preferred.
• Strong forecasting, pipeline management, and coaching skills.
• Ability to balance strategic leadership with hands-on deal involvement.

Responsibilities

• Coach and develop your team of Account Executives to consistently hit quarterly and annual revenue targets.
• Establish forecast rigor, pipeline hygiene, and deal inspection practices.
• Partner with AEs on account strategy, discovery, sales calls, executive presentations, proposals, and closing plans.
• Provide direct, actionable coaching on prospecting, outreach, call preparation, qualification, objection handling, and sales execution.
• Use data and CRM reporting to flag risk, improve pipeline health, and drive accountability.
• Build a high performance, collaborative, customer focused team culture.
• Support onboarding and ramp for new AEs.
• Partner with Sales Leadership, Marketing, Customer Success, Product, and other cross-functional teams to improve go-to-market execution.
• Help refine sales processes, methodologies, and best practices as the sales org scales.
