Job summary

Avalon Healthcare Solutions seeks a Technical Implementation Integration Lead to manage end-to-end integrations between Avalon systems and client platforms. You will serve as a client-facing SME and partner with IT, Product, Configuration, Development, and Implementation teams to ensure data exchange, configuration, and operational readiness.

The role requires five years of healthcare IT integration experience, proficiency with SQL and Tableau, and strong stakeholder communication.

Qualifications

Minimum of five years in IT integration or EDI within healthcare operations.
Minimum of three years supporting medical claim processing tech in health plans.
Ability to translate business needs into technical specs for dev/testing.
Experience with HL7, FHIR or similar interoperability standards.

Responsibilities

Lead client-facing technical integration delivery and act as SME.
Manage multiple concurrent implementations across data exchanges and configurations.
Develop and execute implementation plans with stakeholders.
Coordinate onboarding tasks, requirements gathering, development, testing, deployment.
Document data mapping, maintain risk traceability, and resolve defects.
Create reports/dashboards using Tableau and perform data validations with SQL.
