Job summary

HealthStream is seeking an Integration Implementation Analyst to support complex healthcare IT integrations. You will own end-to-end delivery of the integrations workstream across multiple Credentialing projects, collaborating with Implementation Managers, Data Services, Product, and client stakeholders to design, build, and deploy scalable interfaces with the CredentialStream platform.

You will ensure adherence to security policies, track progress, identify risks, and provide guidance on HL7,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
• PMP certification preferred.
• 3–5 years of experience in healthcare IT interface development and support.
• 3–5 years of experience on software implementations or technical projects (healthcare environment highly desired).

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple implementation projects simultaneously.
• Own end-to-end integrations workstream across Credentialing projects.
• Monitor progress, risks, delays, dependencies, and drive resolution.
• Lead requirements gathering and translate business needs into interface specs.
• Provide support on HL7, APIs, XML, and flat-file interfaces.
• Ensure HIPAA compliance and security standards.
• Travel to client sites up to 20%.
