Imagenet is seeking a Tier 1 Customer Service Representative for a remote position. You will be the first line of support, handling inquiries via phone, email, and chat while ensuring timely, accurate responses and high client satisfaction.

This role includes training on our dental software and healthcare platforms. The position offers competitive pay, a 13th month salary, comprehensive HMO coverage, and provided equipment.

Competenze

• Minimum of 1 year experience in customer service, technical support, help desk, or healthcare support.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to troubleshoot basic software, system, and connectivity issues.
• Experience handling inbound and outbound customer interactions via phone, email, and chat.
• Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple cases in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to document customer interactions accurately and professionally.

Mansioni

• Serve as the first point of contact via phone, email, or chat for all product users.
• Capture client concerns, issues, and requests, logging and categorizing them in Salesforce.
• Troubleshoot Level 1 issues including login, navigation, and basic system functionality.
• Escalate complex issues to Tier 2 with complete context and documentation.
• Educate clients on system processes and self-service options.
• Maintain and reference the product knowledge base; guide users to updated resources.
• Collaborate with Tier 2, engineering, and product teams to improve the client experience.
