Job summary

ManpowerGroup is seeking a 100% remote Healthcare Call Center Support Provider on a morning shift (8:30-5pm start). This temp-to-hire full-time role is open to U.S. Citizens from VA, MD, DC, NJ, NC, FL, TX, OH, UT, SC, GA, MI, CT, AZ, WV, CO.

You will support providers nationwide in healthcare tech, helping customers, solving problems, and working remotely. Responsibilities include handling calls, emails, and tickets, troubleshooting issues, onboarding and credential verification, and

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• U.S. Citizen required.
• Eligible for Public Trust Clearance.
• Pass Background Check & Fingerprinting.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Support providers via phone, email, and ticketing systems.
• Troubleshoot and resolve account or system issues.
• Assist with onboarding and credential verification.
• Document interactions and escalate complex cases.
