Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 12+ years in B2B sales selling technology-related solutions.
• 5+ years of direct sales management experience leading the strategy and direction of sales reps to succeed within healthcare accounts, willing to be flexible on this requirement for internal applicants.
• Expert-level experience with customers in hospitals/healthcare systems.
• Demonstrated ability to influence, communicate with and grow C-level relationships with customers and internal leadership/business units.
• Must be based in the US, near/around a major airport in either the central or eastern time zone with the ability to travel 50%.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and inspire a dedicated team of Account Managers and Senior Account Managers.
• Drive Orchestrated Care Strategy and expert-level understanding of clinical workflow automation.
• Champion the Healthcare portfolio focusing on clinical collaboration, real-time tracking, and mobile orchestration.
• Drive strategic growth by formulating and executing budgets, schedules, and sales plans to meet regional quotas.
• Shape go-to-market strategy and advise on GTM changes to drive clinical adoption.
• Exert operational rigor over costs, sales methods, and staffing while remaining adaptable.
• Collaborate across boundaries to align with One Zebra philosophy and regional leadership.
