Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a deep understanding of Zebra products, solutions, and technologies to address customer needs.
• Manage and grow relationships with high-value customers and align with long-term objectives.
• Lead negotiations for large-scale deals while balancing customer needs and profitability.
• Coordinate with internal teams to deliver end-to-end solutions and maintain high service standards.
• Act as a thought leader at events and forums and contribute to product/service development.
