Job summary

North Memorial Health is seeking a Customer Service Representative to deliver exceptional service in a call‑center like setting. You will work with the clinic care team to manage phone contacts, support registration and scheduling, and ensure efficient call routing for patients and staff.

The role requires a high school diploma, 1 year of customer service experience, and strong typing skills (35+ WPM). Healthcare experience and HIPAA knowledge are preferred, with opportunities for full benefits

Qualifications

• 1 year of customer service experience required.
• Minimum of 6 months scheduling and/or registration experience preferred.
• Call center experience preferred.
• Typing test minimum 35+ WPM required.
• Experience in health care setting preferred.
• Understanding of HIPAA.
• Independent problem-solving skills.
• Skilled in MS Office products.

Responsibilities

• Provide unmatched customer service to North Memorial customers and staff in a call‑center like environment.
• Partner with the clinic care team by managing phone contact to deliver customer-centered services that meet or exceed expectations.
• Be accountable for registration, scheduling, and call routing/navigating operations.
• Proactively solve problems to ensure One Call One Resolution or soft handoffs when appropriate.
